Job Description
- Candidates interested in this post are required to assist in the design and development of major training programs when required.
- They’re also accountable for reviewing, evaluating, and modifying proposed and existing programs.
- People interested in this post are also accountable for providing ongoing feedback to existing programs.

- Candidates are also required to participate in all the Train the Trainers sessions on Safety, Service, and Instructional items as they pertain to training working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must possess sound knowledge of training development and adult learning principles to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent written and verbal skills to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have completed flight attendant initial training and maintain flight attendant qualifications throughout their instructor career.
- Candidates must attain the ability to challenge the status quo and possess a continuous improvement philosophy in all areas of training to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must attain the ability to receive constructive feedback from frontline, peers, and managers as well as provide it.
- They must have excellent facilitation and instructing skills to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting
