Job description

Job requirement 

  • Applicants must have completed a high school degree and attained prior knowledge of adult learning methodologies to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must be self-starters with excellent time management skills to be preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must be able to maintain high regard for safety and attain excellent written and verbal communication skills to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills and must be proficient in Airport Process for Customer Service to be preferred for this post.
  • Candidates must have excellent attendance, punctuality, and performance records working at this post.
  • Candidates must be proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint to be considered as an asset for this post.

Work setting 

  • They’re also required at this post to liaise with Training Delivery Managers and other members of the Customer Service Training team working at this post.
