Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns.
• The candidate will be responsible for answering inquiries and providing information to customers.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services provided.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in delivering meaningful information and services.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate will be responsible for receiving and logging complaints.
• The candidate will be responsible for selling merchandise.

• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
