Job Description
- Candidate will have to process financial transactions kike deposits, withdrawals and bill payments with standard operating procedures.
- Candidates will also have to understand and determine customer needs and recommend proper solutions.
- They’re responsible for understanding and resolving customers’ problems using standard procedures.
- They’ll also have to assist the team by respecting co-workers.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed a high school diploma within 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Candidate must have completed his undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Candidates must have proper knowledge of using mS office and the internet.
- Candidate must attains strong administration, organizational, and planning skills to work in a fast paced environment.
