Job Description

Applicants for this post are required to build and foster relationships to proactively and reactively support and improve customer connections and customer experience.
They’re also appointed at this post to act as a member of the customer connections and Key Account services team to support the ongoing delivery of corporate and team objectives.
Applicants are also required to act as support in preparation for and during customer account meetings and engagements to document customer requests, status, issues and risks working at this post.
They’re also required at this post to consolidate data to support analysis and insight into customer behaviours to support management decision-making.
They’re also appointed at this post to develop projects or customer materials for engagement and communication purposes to support initiatives.

Job requirement

Applicants must have completed a dedicated university degree in Energy Systems, Engineering, or Electrical Engineering to be eligible for this post.
They must have 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience along with knowledge of customer electricity to be eligible for this post.
They must have program management experience along with prior PMP Certification.
Candidates must have a good technical understanding of electrical power distribution and operations to be preferred for this post.
They must attain the ability to read electrical drawings and knowledge of Electrical Standards and Policies to be eligible for this post.

Work setting
