Job Description 

  • Candidates are appointed to manage volunteer, co-op and intern recruitment and training and assist with functional guidance.
  •  They’re also accountable at this post to assist with regular program visits, Quest 2 evaluations, and program planning working at this post.
  • People are accountable for assisting by liaising with facility staff to ensure spaces are prepared, safe and operational working at this post.
  • People who applied for this post are required to assist by responding to ad-hoc programming requests.
  •  Applicants who applied for this post are required to provide administrative support, including part-time payroll, program outline review, class lists, program hand-outs, and equipment & supply inventory.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain a post-secondary degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Arts Administration, Education or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of related experience in an arts education setting to be eligible for this post.
  • They must attain first aid, CPR “C”, High Five and Quest 2 certification applied for this post.
  • Applicants must attain knowledge of R3/SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and ActiveNet software to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates accountable for this post must have experience using art & design digital software or experience with the Ontario Curriculum to be eligible for this post.
  • They must attain attention to detail in emergencies to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • They’re accountable at this post to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, and travel required between facilities working at this post.
