Job Description
- Candidates will have to attend workshop/education sessions to ensure product knowledge is current.
- Candidates will also have to prepare reports on calls and activities to promote the company’s products and services and deliver information to interested parties.
- Candidates will also be accountable for promoting the sale of equipment and services through the provision of personalized and professional advice, information, and consultation to individuals.
- Candidates are also accountable for all stock equipment that is on loan and for the maintenance and security of the equipment used.
- Candidates must proactively engage with clients to achieve therapy compliance.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a proven thorough knowledge of various products and services available.
- Candidates must attain good communication skills to make presentations and instruct individuals and groups on the use, maintenance and servicing of equipment.
- They must attain the ability to exercise sound judgment and establish terms and conditions of sale or rental, i.e., length of evaluation period, discounts offered on pricing with guidelines
- Candidates must be able to provide advice to clients concerning the most suitable form of obtaining equipment by way of rental or purchase.
