Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to report to the Manager of public information, within the Communications Department’s Stakeholder Relations Planning team. 
  • They’re also appointed to plan, research, document, analyze and recommend topics to be covered in different delivery products in response to new communications trends. 
  • They’re also appointed to contribute to the implementation of the Bank Ambassadors program by creating content. 
  • Candidates are appointed to proactively identify trends in public sentiment and propose solutions.  
  • They’re also appointed to coordinate the approvals process for documents.  
  • They’re also appointed to create both qualitative and quantitative reports on trends in public enquiries.   

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must plan and organize their work effectively. Furthermore, they must be adaptable, resourceful and willing to learn. 
  • Candidates must be a team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. 
  • They must have completed post-secondary education and at least three years of recent relevant work experience in researching, analyzing and preparing to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must attain a dedicated knowledge of both English and French. 
  • Candidates must attain dedicated experience with project administration and/or project management. 
  • They must attain excellent technical skills, including the Microsoft suite and various reporting tools.   

Work setting 

  • They must attain previous experience in public information, communications or a customer service environment to be eligible for this post.
