Job description
- Candidates will collaborate with business leadership to deliver learning solutions that enable effective performance using your knowledge of adult learning principles.
- They will drive a learning culture and promote available training opportunities to support clients.
- They will develop innovative training solutions that consider what’s new in the industry and metrics.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- They must have skilled presenter and facilitator able to train-the-trainer and coach key stakeholders
- They should possess strong multi-tasking skills, and experience with managing multiple projects at varying stages
- They should possess strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand individual needs and manage expectations
Work setting
- Candidates must have the ability to determine the right training solution for each specific project by conducting a thorough needs assessments
- They must have the ability to work with subject matter experts and the Instructional Design team to develop e-learnings, facilitator guides, participant guides, PowerPoint decks, job aids, videos etc. to support various learning needs.
