Job Description
- The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
- The candidate must be capable of erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
- The candidate will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and spreading materials, including concrete and asphalt, as well as other related tasks.
- The candidate must help the medical examiner in charge.
- The candidate must assist in pipe alignment during pipeline construction.
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
- The candidate must level the earth to fine-grade specifications.
- The candidate must pave and rake asphalt.
- The candidate must assist in the demolition of buildings.
- The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
- The candidate must clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
- The candidate must remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
- The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining construction machines and equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for directing traffic near construction sites.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
