Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to develop corrective action plans against occurrences and audit findings about the performance of maintenance by the AMO.
- They’re also appointed to coach and mentor maintenance personnel to ensure quality data management and adherence to approved manuals and procedures.
- Candidates are also appointed to reduce regulatory exposure by auditing in-process and completed technical records and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Candidates are also appointed to analyze trends and develop action plans to reduce task errors.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Avionics from an accredited college or technical school to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain possession of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License.
- They must attain a dedicated 10 years of experience performing or overseeing maintenance activities.
- Candidates must attain strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- They must attain excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in the Tech Ops BU to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates are appointed to develop awareness and promote safety among Technical Operations and Stores personnel to maintain regulatory and corporate policy compliance.
