Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to gather information and write reports or case studies.
  • The candidate will be expected to conduct life skills workshops.
  • The candidate must assess clients’ needs or eligibility for specific services.
  • The candidate will be in charge of providing suicide and crisis intervention.
  • The candidate will be in charge of resolving conflict situations.
  • The candidate will be expected to put in place behaviour management programmes.
  • The candidate will be required to keep programme statistics for evaluation and research purposes.
  • The candidate will be expected to help evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programmes.
  • The candidate will be responsible for screening, recruiting, and training volunteers and support staff.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing specific community services.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • The candidate will be expected to communicate with other social service agencies and health care providers involved with clients.
  • The candidate will be expected to perform administrative and office duties.
  • The candidate will be expected to conduct research.
  • The candidate will be expected to perform housekeeping duties.
  • The candidate will be expected to prepare food.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that health and safety standards are met.

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.

  • The candidate will be required to work in a Youth drop-in centre, a mental health institution, facility, or clinic, and a social service or charity agency.

  • For transportation, the candidate should use their own vehicle.
  • The candidate should be willing to travel.
  • The candidate should have valid driver’s licence.
