Job Description
- The candidate must allocate material, human, and financial resources to carry out organisational policies and programs.
- The candidate will be responsible for authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- The candidate must coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- The candidate will be responsible for establishing organizational objectives as well as developing or approving policies and programs.
- The candidate must represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on its behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- The candidate must select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority to them, and create optimal working conditions.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
