Job Description

Candidates working in this post are required to make calls and collect contacts with customers to keep customers within the City’s payment terms.
They’re also accountable for providing information in response to enquiries/complaints made by clients working at this post.
People interested in this post are also appointed to achieve, maintain and or exceed collection forecasts to minimize bad debt by working closely with customers, collection agencies and others working at this post.
They’re appointed at this post to maintains logs on all outstanding customer issues.
People interested at this post are accountable to handles and resolves complaints about payment and accounting issues.
They’re also required to liaises with Corporate Legal Services and makes recommendations on enforcement action working at this post.

Job requirement

Candidates must have considerable experience in collections, database management, investigation and account settlement.
They must have prior experience working on and communicating payment terms and generating collection letters.
Applicants with dedicated experience with Microsoft Office, like Word, Excel, Access, Power Point to get preferred for this post.
Applicants interested at this post must have familiarity with Collection Agencies Act and City policies and procedures to maximize collections.
Candidates must attains the ability to set up and accurately maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
They must have acquired investigative and or tracing techniques coupled with conflict resolution skills to be eligible for this post.

Work setting

Candidates interested at this post must attains the ability to work flexible and varied work hours.
They must attains the ability to work with Third Party Collection Agencies and or Legal Professionals to get preferred for this post.
