Job Description

- Candidates are also appointed to apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers’ individual needs.
- They’re also appointed to drive tactical & strategic projects that improve support-related processes and our customers’ technical support experience.
- Candidates are appointed to write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
- They’re responsible for solving customers’ issues through a variety of customer contact channels which include the web, live chat, and telephone.

Job requirement
- They must attain dedicated fluency in both written and verbal Portuguese to be eligible for this post.
- They must have 3+ years of professional technical experience working within the Internet industries focused on troubleshooting and debugging technical systems to be eligible for this post.
- They must have completed an MS or PhD in related fields to be eligible for this post.
- They must have dedicated experience in Distributed computing technology including large-scale server fleet management and Hadoop environment management to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain demonstrated expertise in systems administration, and network administration to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have experience in programming and managing full application stacks from the OS up to custom applications.
- They must attain 3+ years of experience in Security to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
