SickKids has released a notification in which they’re inviting candidates for the post of Clinical Research project Coordinator. At this post, candidates will have to assist the principal investigator in new research proposals and preparation of grant applications. They’re also appointed to contribute to preparation of reports, presentations and manuscripts. Registration for this post has already started and it will end soon.

Job Description 

  • Candidates will have to read and have a general knowledge of protocol and study measures.
  • Candidates will also have to conduct literature reviews and keep current with study literature.
  • Candidates will have to assist PI with the science review process.
  • They’re also appointed to keep abreast of regulations and policies governing clinical research.
  • Candidates will also have to perform data entry and analysis including planning, and assist the administrative tasks related to studies. 

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have completed a Post-secondary degree in Sciences, Psychology, a health-related discipline. 
  • Candidates must attain experience in management and statistical analysis of health research data including proficiency with a statistical software application. 
  • Candidates must have effective communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills are essential in order to develop good working relationships with subordinates and other team members. 
  • They must attain the ability to pay close attention to detail while maintaining a view of the larger scope.

  • Candidates must attain the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Candidates must attain the ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
