Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to manage key accounts as the key point of contact for issues and complaints and support with ongoing tracking and reporting against targets. 
  • They’re also appointed at this post to drive client governance meetings to share data, trends, product updates and cross-sell opportunities. 
  • They’re appointed at this post to review customer feedback and seek to improve all aspects of the client experience with the company. 
  • Candidates for this post are also required to collaborate with the Pharmacy Operations team to ensure continuous improvement and implement any changes based on customer feedback.

Job requirement 

  • They must attain a dedicated bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates must attain dedicated experience in customer success, and a client-facing or client support capacity to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates Ideally 5+ years of experience customer experience to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must have prior experience in the insurance, benefits or pharmacy fields to be preferred for this post. 
  • They must have prior experience in customer onboarding or implementation programs to be preferred for this post. 
  • They must attain the ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. 
  • Candidates must acquire prior experience with Google Suite or Kroll Pharmacy System along with fluency in French and English to be preferred for this post. 

Work setting 

  • They must be able to communicate and foster positive business relationships and ensure a proper understanding of drug benefit programs.
