Job Description
- Applicants working in this post are appointed to assist in preparing regional programs, events, meetings or workshops as required including arranging and preparing minutes.
- They’re appointed at this post to organize and maintain filing systems to meet facility requirements working at this post.
- Applicants are also appointed to maintain & update all relevant resident information to facilitate the admission, transfer and discharge of residents.
- They’re required at this post to record payments made by each of the residents or their families working at this post.
- Applicants are also required to receive payments and issue facility receipts.
- They’re also required at this post to ensure checks, and balances, make disbursements and replenish Petty Cash funds.
- They’re also required at this post to verify the accuracy of invoices from vendors for facility purchases.
Job requirement
- To get selected at this post candidates must acquire grade 12 education to be eligible for this post.
- They must have completed a recognized Office Administration Diploma to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have completed a recognized Bookkeeping or Accounting course to be preferred for this post.
- They must have demonstrated education and experience in bookkeeping and accounting to be eligible for this post.
- They must have demonstrated organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to get preferred for this post.
Work setting
- Applicants must have 2 years of clerical experience along with proficiency with Microsoft programs like Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
