They must have areas of cross-training may include; Human Resources, clerical, store expenses, receiving, file maintenance, fresh inventory, and store audit processes. They will execute duties with care and accuracy at all times.

Job description

  • Candidates will perform payroll and benefit functions.
  • They will maintain people planner information (WorkForce Management).
  • They will assist with the new hire process.
  • They will assist with on-boarding of new employees.
  • They will conduct food safety audits.
  • They will conduct OH&S inspections.

Job requirement

  • Candidates must perform clerical/ administrative functions as required
  • Receiving.
  • They should maintain and control the receiving area.
  • They need to maintain safety and security policies.
  • They have to process incoming and out-going inventory.
  • They ought to maintain external vendor relations.
  • They must manage reclamation process
  • Inventory.
  • They should complete and record the inventory count process for Fresh Departments.

Work setting

  • Candidates must have basic mathematical skills.
  • They should possess the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • They must acquire ability to operate office computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • They should possess above average oral and written communication skills  
  • They must have working knowledge of Kronos and SAP software.
