Job Description 

• Applicants at this post are required to ensure compliance with corporate and legislated policies, procedures, practices and guidelines regarding environmental, health and safety, and fire protection working at this post.
• They’re appointed to represent BGIS SCS in enhancing tenant and customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relations working at this post.
• Applicants are also required at this post to perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• They’re also required at this post to clean and store equipment and machinery used, reporting any deficiencies to the Management team working at this post.
• Candidates are also required to stock to maintain supplies/rooms along with loads and unloading supplies and replenishing cleaning solutions.
• A person who is required at this post to follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures working at this post.

Job requirement 

• They must be ideally already established in the cleaning business along with 2 years of experience to be eligible for this post.
• They must acquire prior time management skills and adhere to tight deadlines to be eligible for this post.
  Candidates must be self-starters, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• He/She must be a team player along with Good verbal communication and writing skills to be eligible for this post.
• Applicants must attain prior excellent interpersonal relationship skills along with a positive attitude toward all aspects of Environment, Health and Safety.
• They must ensure familiarity with Safety Data Sheets along with prior knowledge of national and industry codes and standards to get preferred for this post.

Work setting 

• Candidates working at this post are required to remove snow and driveways, or parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, or snow shovels, or spread snow-melting chemicals working at this post.
