Job Description

• The candidate will be expected to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate will be expected to dust furniture.
• The candidate will be expected to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate will be expected to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting elevators.
• The candidate will be responsible for picking up debris and emptying trash cans.
• The candidate will be expected to clean the windows, walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate will be expected to clean changing rooms and showers.
• The candidate must transport materials and tools to and from work areas.
• The candidate will be responsible for stocking shelves and displaying items.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate will be expected to keep an inventory of supplies.
• The candidate must arrange for shipping, receiving, and storage.
• The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• The candidate must work with little supervision.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
• The candidate must be able to use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste.
• The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• The candidate must clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lots.
• The candidate must set up, install, reconfigure, relocate, and dismantle temporary partitions and room furnishings.

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should be client focused.

• The candidate must have prior experience with steam cleaners, industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, polishing machines, carpet cleaning machines and waxing machines.

• The candidate should be subjected to a thorough criminal record check, medical exam, and vulnerable sector check.
• The candidate must have proof of immunisation.
