Job requirement
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to invest in relationships and community, practising from a place of connection.
- They must have a bachelor of Social Work or a Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work degree from an accredited university to be preferred for this post.
- They must have prior judgment and decision-making skills by implementing stringent protocols and processes for the transfer of files to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must have prior knowledge of multicultural beliefs and values, with a particular emphasis on First Nations to be eligible for this post.
- They must know poverty, systemic and socio-economic issues and how they impact people to be eligible for this post.
