Job Description
- Candidates who applied for this post are appointed for the following completion of training, administer medications and treatments in accordance with CPRI Medication Procedure working at this post.
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to provide individual care, counselling and group therapy for clients.
- Candidates appointed to this post are required to identify stages of behavioural escalation and respond in a clinically appropriate manner to de-escalate the behaviour and develop strategies to reduce the clients’ concerning behaviours.
- People who apply for this post are appointed to maintain clinical records and documents, actively participate in communication processes with partners participate in the plan of care meetings, etc working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have completed the Child and Youth Worker program, or Developmental Service Worker program to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must be able to develop and implement individual client treatment plan reviews, program evaluation, and educational programs and have knowledge of professional, community and facility resources available to assist the child/family to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They must be able to safely and effectively manage behavioural crises and respond in a trauma-informed approach to be considered an asset for this post.
Work setting
