Job Description 

• Candidates are appointed to provide specialized carpentry services in the organization. 
• They’re hired to maintain, repair and build administrative, industrial and residential structures and buildings.
• They’re appointed to act as a heritage character and be closely linked to natural environments.
• Candidates will also have to assist other officials in the organization when required. 

Job requirement 

• Candidate must attain a minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry and building maintenance. 
• Candidate must attain experience in researching codes, standards, and regulations in building construction and carpentry. 
• Candidate must attain experience in management and supervision of the team. 
• Candidate must attain experience in maintaining files in spreadsheets using a variety of software. 
• Proper knowledge of building maintenance amd safety rules are also required for being eligible for this post. 

Work setting 

• Candidate must attain the ability to review and interpret conceptual buildings and plans. 
• Candidates must be able to work as part of a team. 
• Candidate must be able to give and explain technical advice to be eligible for this post.
