Job requirement
- Applicants interested in this post must attain the ability to pass an OPP background/ security investigation to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain a valid class G driver’s license to get preferred for this post.
- People applying for this post must attain the ability to determine repair needs and mechanical problems in the building, its operating systems, furniture and equipment and ascertain whether or not an external contractor is required to resolve the problem to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Applicants interested in this post must have a prior understanding of building operations and mechanical systems to identify and arrange servicing and repairs by technical personnel to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have dedicated knowledge of and skill in general cleaning techniques to ensure quality and efficiency to be preferred for this post.
