Job Description
- Applicants working at this post are appointed to plan and implement a comprehensive speciality arts camp as developed by the Culture Division to meet the needs of all participants in the camp working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to prepare and deliver lesson plans in the arts in a manner appropriate to the audience working at this post.
- Applicants for the post are appointed to provide instruction to campers and ensure planning and preparation for all activities related to the program.
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to provide quality customer service and act as a knowledgeable resource to parents, participants, volunteers and staff working at this post.
- Candidates for this post are required to conduct safety checks of program equipment and allocated facilities daily.
- They’re required at this post to clean off all supplies and equipment after the daily program working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates who applied for this post must have education in the Arts including Creative Writing, Digital Design, Digital Animation, Dance, Drama, Music, Musical Theatre and Visual Arts to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants for this post must have knowledge of and experience in teaching children and youth to be eligible for this post.
- They must be confident teaching various age groups and skill levels to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants who applied for this post must have experience developing detailed lesson plans to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- They must have excellent communication and organization skills along with a minimum of 16 years of age or older at the start of employment to be eligible for this post.
