Job Description
- Candidates are also appointed to book air travel for internal and external guests, answer questions and provide general information about travel with WestJet.
- Candidates are also appointed to provide pre and post-booking support, such as changing and cancelling reservations, using our reservation system.
- Candidates are appointed to effectively research and make decisions based on the information they have available to them while balancing the needs of the guest with the needs of the business.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be able to communicate with an advanced level of written and spoken English fluently to be eligible for this post.
- They must be demonstrated strong computer skills including a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Candidates must be independent, self-motivated, empathetic, solutions-focused, and passionate about supporting our guests.
- Candidate must attain a proven track record for punctuality and reliability.
