Job Description
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to create, coordinate, and deliver site selection packages and information, presentations, reporting, regular updates on activities, website updates and speaking notes working at this post.
- They’re also accountable for supporting investment attraction incentive program development, processing, execution, adjustment and amendment working at this post.
- People who applied for this post are required to assist in generating key reports on Surrey’s investment attraction activities to Surrey Senior Management and Council working at this post.
- They’re also accountable for collaborating with entities such as Invest Vancouver to showcase Surrey’s investment opportunities within the regional context working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Planning or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary educational institution.
- They must have prior registration or eligibility for registration with the applicable Professional Body in British Columbia to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of progressive, diverse business development or investment attraction experience to be preferred for this post.
- Candidates must have a valid BC Driver’s License and must attain the ability to quickly analyze and understand investment patterns & drivers in a diverse range of sectors to be eligible for this post.

They must attain the ability to collaborate with external stakeholders.
