Job Description

  • Candidates for this post are also required to be available 24/7 on-call requirement to support significant incidents and MI participation working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must acquire a dedicated University Degree or equivalent work experience to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have well-developed business acumen and a proven stakeholder consultative approach to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants for this post must have completed 3 years of experience within a Call Center and Customer Recovery Operational environment to get preferred for this post.
  • Candidates must have strong computer skills in using the MS Office Suite like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project to be eligible for this post.
