Job Description

• The candidate must analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment.
• The candidate must conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
• The candidate must propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
• The candidate will be responsible for planning the the re-organization of operations.
• The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
• The candidate must train staff.
• The candidate must plan and control budgets and expenditures.
• The candidate will be responsible for directing and advising staff on the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
• The candidate must prepare funding and grant applications and proposals.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be accurate.
