Job description

  • Applicants have to homelessness service system provides immediate, housing-focused, person-centered services.
  • All candidates will be responsible for conducts financial analysis and determines key indicators to measure the effectiveness.

Job requirement

  • All candidates must have considerable experience conducting data analysis and business process mapping (BPMN), as well as developing business improvement plans to streamline and create work efficiencies.
  • Candidates must hold experience working with project teams to review and track requirements and scope documents.
  • They must have post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of adequate experience and education in a discipline relevant to the job function.

Work setting

  • All candidates must have homelessness Initiatives & Prevention Services team is responsible for oversight of the delivery of City of Toronto’s shelter, 24-hour respite programs and street outreach services.
  • Candidates must hold will support the team by collecting, documenting, and analyzing business policies and procedures.
  • Candidates must hold will support the team by management practices related to data analytics, grants management and strategic investments.
  • They are responsible for Developing and standardizing tools or implementing resources that enhance our business processes and using data to create process efficiencies to inform future service improvements.
