Job Description
- Candidates interested in this post are required to develop options for procedures, business process reviews, and management practices and recommend changes to support solution implementation.
- They’re also accountable for leading, liaising, and participating in inter-divisional teams, staff, external consultants, and other stakeholders working at this post.
- People who apply for this post are appointed to build and manage collaborative relationships with divisions to ensure support is available to achieve project goals.
- People accountable at this post are also required to lead consultation processes while balancing political, business, and other stakeholder interests working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain post-secondary education in the relevant field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Project Management, to be eligible for this post.
- They must have prior experience in applying project management methodologies to develop, implement, support, and document large-scale business transformation projects in public or private organizations to be preferred for this post.
- They must attain a strong ability to research & analyze data, effectively summarize and report on results, and the ability to prepare, organize and present information to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, & SharePoint, to be eligible for this post.
- They must have strong knowledge of HR systems and data migration strategies within Cloud environments to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting
