Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to partner with key stakeholders and business owners to gather, define, and evaluate requirements, specifications, processes, and impacts.
- They’re also appointed to anticipate and analyze stakeholders’ needs to solve business problems and identify areas for improvement or efficiency.
- They’re also appointed to collaborate with business and product owners as well as functional SMEs to build business cases, decision papers, and budgeting processes.
- Candidates are appointed to define problems, assess needs, elicit requirements, and manage risks, stakeholders, and deliverables, to solve business problems and meet project goals and objectives.
- Candidates working in this post are required to enable decision-making by simplifying complex concepts and providing concise, accurate, relevant information.
- They’re also appointed to communicate the intake process to business and technology stakeholders, working with teams on forming requests with detail that lead to high-quality estimates and plans.
- Candidates are appointed to identify requirement risks, assess probability, perform impact analysis, and develop and manage effective risk mitigation strategies.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a dedicated bachelor’s Degree in relevant technical or business-related areas to be eligible for this post.
- They must have 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in Payroll/HR background to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a passion for process analysis and improvement using lean methodologies to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a proven track record of communicating both in business and technical fields and, the ability to translate between the two to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- They must have dedicated experience in Success Factors, Kronos, JDE, Charity and SQL to be preferred for this post.
