Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to manage enterprise-wide compliance with Microsoft software license agreements and support the negotiations of new Microsoft license agreements. 
  • They’re so appointed to manage post-contract implementations, compliance monitoring, actual savings reporting and recommending corrective actions to promote contract adoption. 
  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to develop strategies and processes to perform required inventories and produce evidence of ownership and license compliance. 
  • They’re also appointed at this post to advise key stakeholders on license management methods, processes, best practices, and technologies and provide early intervention or management. 
  • Candidates are also appointed to evaluate and recommend options to reduce licensing costs and work with Product Owners or Managers in negotiating licenses. 

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain a dedicated university or college degree in accounting, information technology, financial management, and business analysis with dedicated 5 years of experience in an analyst role. 
  • Candidates must attain a good understanding of cloud financial & licensing models and varied consumption use cases & patterns. 
  • They must attain the ability to analyze information, identify opportunities and trends, develop best practice processes and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership. 
  • Candidates must attain the ability to build relationships across business lines and departments and positively influence key stakeholders through knowledge transfer. 

Work setting 

  • Candidates must be permanent citizens of Canada to be eligible for this post.
