Job Description
- The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
- The candidate will be responsible for making minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contacting tradespersons for major repairs.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing minor repairs to appliances.
- The candidate must perform other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate must be flexible.
- The candidate should be reliable.
Work setting
- The candidate must work in an industrial facility or establishment, an office building, or a factory or plant.
- The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
Experience and specialization
Equipment
- The candidate must have experience using power tools, power lawn mowers, small tractors (with lawn/snow removal attachments), and snowblowers.
