Job Description

The candidate would be responsible in cleaning walls, windows and ceiling.
The candidate will be expected to work with little supervision.
The candidates would be responsible in cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures.
The candidate must sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
Candidates will be expected to clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lots.
The candidates must detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
Candidates must respond to maintenance requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
