Job Description 

  • Candidates interested in this post are required to analyse and report on key operational data that measure program effectiveness and administration efficiencies.
  • They’re also accountable for preparing financial reports for program areas and ensuring timely, accurate financial information working at this post.
  • Candidates are also required to oversee the Division’s complement management and administer the divisional staffing budget related to divisional staffing activity.

Job requirement 

  • Applicants applying for this post must attain post-secondary education in a discipline pertinent to the job function to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have experience and proficiency in Excel and other computer-based systems, spreadsheets and databases, for example, SAP, CAPTOR, and Tableau, to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain the ability to coordinate large-volume subsidies from federal/provincial ministries and other external funding sources to be considered as an asset for this post.
  •  Applicants must attain the ability to conduct business process reviews and analyses to streamline and improve work efficiencies.
  • They must have to perform strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have dedicated knowledge of the generally accepted Accounting Principles and accounting standards for the public sector to be eligible for this post.
