Job Description
- Candidates will have to establish a personal referral network and other business development activities.
- They’re also appointed to conduct cold calls to prospective customers to develop new customer relationships.
- They’re appointed to support the Bank’s community involvement and participate in community activities.
- Candidates are appointed to build the business plan for the branch and influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives.
- They are also appointed to identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain 4-6 years of experience and a post-secondary degree in related fields of study.
- Candidates must obtain previous supervisory or management experience and In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
- They must have advanced knowledge of the competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings and dedicated working knowledge of branch operational processes and policies.
- Candidate must attain dedicated technical proficiency gained through education.
