Job description

  • Candidates are accountable for overseeing staff recruitment, staff on/off-boarding.
  • They are responsible for overseeing staff orientation, procedure manuals, and staff development for all administrative staff at BCY sites.
  • They will oversee the processing of all administrative expenditures and the financial reporting for the BCY programs at Royal Columbian and St Paulโ€™s sites.
  • They ensure consistency across all sites.

Job requirement

  • Candidates must have the experience in a University or large complex organisation preferred.ย 
  • They should be proven ability to interact positively with faculty, staff, residents, external organisations and members of the public.ย 
  • They should possess solid knowledge of database principles and functionality.

Work setting

  • Candidates must have the ability to provide administrative leadership and inform decisions relating to the goals and objectives of the BCY programs to ensure ongoing integration between BCY sites and consistent, effective program delivery.
