Job Description
- The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate must train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising baking and kitchen staff.
- The candidate must establish production schedules.
- The candidate must train staff.
- The candidate must ensure that the product quality meets established standards.
- The candidate must schedule staff.
- The candidate must inspect the kitchen and food service areas.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and dismissing workers.
- The candidate must organise and keep inventory.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and merchandising of baked goods.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
