Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, and signing and pricing merchandise.
  • They’re also required to participate in the recruitment, selection, training and development of all Bakery Associates.
  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to lead by example greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assisting by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions. 
  • Candidates will have to complete all aspects of the Bakery Store Within A Store planning, attend SWAS meetings to review SWAS Reports for food products, orders and sales information and ensure in-stock and appropriate inventory levels in the Bakery working at this post. 
  • They’re appointed to ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high-shrink items and maintain a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures.
  • Candidates are also appointed to complete and maintain required paperwork, such as Inventory Tracking Reports, throwaway record sheets, invoices, and assignment notes.
