Job description
- Candidates must possess and maintain a kit of tools satisfactory to the Garage Supervisor and according to the basic tool requirements of the Central Garage.
- They must be able to work in a computerised environment.
- They must perform inspections and safety checks.
- They are expected to provide work direction and training to other staff.
Job requirement
- Candidates perform a variety of skilled work not requiring the service of other licensed trades.
- They maintain accurate records.
- They operate vehicles to move in and out of the garage, do road tests and road repairs.
- They ensure that health and safety regulations are met.
- They must perform other related work as assigned.
- They must perform skilled tasks in the maintenance and repair of motive power, construction and assorted equipment.
