Job Description
- The candidate must hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for inspecting sites or facilities to ensure their safety and cleanliness.
- The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
- The candidate must recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- The candidate must accept payment for specialised cleaning jobs.
- The candidate will be responsible for assisting cleaners with their duties.
- The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 1 to 2 people.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate should be reliable.
