Job Description:

  • The candidate will be required to take care of a patient properly.
  • The candidate will be required to take patient’s blood pressure.
  • The candidate will be required to check the  temperature of the patient.
  • The candidate will be required to check the pulse of the patient.
  • The candidate will be required to bathe the patient.
  • The candidate will be required to dress and groom patients.
  • The candidate will be required to answer call signals.
  • The candidate will be required to administer first aid.
  • The candidate will be required to handle emergency situations.
  • The candidate will be required to make make beds.
  • The candidate will be required to administer first aid in emergency situations.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain patients’ rooms.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain inventory of supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to look after the supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to look after food safety.
  • The candidate will be required to have good situation handling skills.
  • The candidate will be required to look after supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to look after supplies of empty bed pans.
  • The candidate will be required to have knowledge regarding how to handle patients.
  • The candidate will be required to know how to quickly take care of an emergency situation.
  • The candidate will be required to have efficiency in handling first aid in emergency situations.

Requirements:

  • The candidate will be required to have Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  •  The candidate will be required to have First Aid Certificate; CPR Certificate.
  • The candidate does not need any prior experience as training will be provided.
  • The candidate’s background for any criminal activity will be checked.
  • The candidate should be able to handle weight.
  • The candidate should be dependable.
  • The candidate should be a team player.
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral communication skills.
  • The candidate should show flexibility.
  • The candidate should be focused on the patient.
  • The candidate should have clarity of judgement.
  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • The work will involve a combination of sitting, standing and walking which the candidate should be comfortable with.
