Job Description
- Candidates accountable at this post for ensuring the best possible client experience in City facilities.
- Applicants are also responsible for supervising and assisting the customer in using a facility or site on behalf of the City of Ottawa, which works at this position.
Job requirement
- Candidates interested in this post must have completed Grade 10 to be eligible for this post.
- To be eligible for this post, they must have experience working with the public and providing customer service.
- To be eligible for this post, candidates must attain Current Standard First Aid, CPR, and/or AED certificates and complete dedicated AODA Customer Service/IASR Training.
- To be eligible for this post, applicants must be able to work effectively in both a team setting and independently with minimal supervision.
- To be eligible for this post, candidates must have positive and effective communication and customer service skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- To be considered an asset for this post, candidates must attain the ability to relate positively and effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Applicants must have good communication and interpersonal skills to qualify for this post.
Work setting
