Job Description 

  • Candidates who applied for this post are accountable for supporting internal and external junior-level and high-volume recruitment processes working at this post.
  • Applicants are also accountable for fulfilling client hiring requests through new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • They’re accountable at this post to work with divisional hiring managers to provide advice, consultation, and support on all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates and developing assessments working at this post.
  •  People applying for this post are required to execute candidate correspondence at all stages of the job competition, up to and including job offer and onboarding working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain a post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant discipline to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have prior experience in the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services.
  • Along with this, they must have recruitment experience in a unionized environment to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates applying for this post must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and others.
  • They must attain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities, with flexibility and resilience to be considered as an asset.
