Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required at this post for provide leadership in the development and renewal of curriculum, effective hiring and development of faculty, and management of workload assignments.
    They’re also appointed at this post to supervise faculty and staff as they manage the delivery of courses and programs in the portfolio working at this post.
  • Applicants must acquire a high degree of collaboration with the Dean, Associate Deans, faculty, and college stakeholders working at this post.
  • Candidates working in this post are also required to deal with student issues, college recruitment events, and participating on college-wide committees are responsibilities of the Associate Dean working in this post.

Job requirement 

  • Applicants must have a master’s degree in a relevant field to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 9 years combined experience which includes academic leadership, management and industry experience along with a minimum of 5 years of successful teaching at an adult level to get preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must have prior experience with the supervision of staff within a unionized environment to be preferred for this post.
  • Candidates must acquire prior academic planning, enrollment management and budget experience to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have prior experience working with diverse student populations along with the demonstrated experience in developing student-centered programs and supports.
