Job Description
- Candidates for this post are also appointed to conduct effective hiring, orienting, and developing faculty, managers, and support staff.
- Candidates for this post are also appointed to conduct ongoing performance reviews, providing regular feedback, coaching and mentorship.
- Candidates working in this post are also appointed to ensure a focus on access, equity, and inclusion in delivering high-quality, student-focused programming.
- They’re also required to engage, encourage and direct scholarly and applied research activities.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a dedicated master’s degree to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain dedicated membership in good standing with the relevant regulatory college.
- They must attain a minimum of nine (9) years of experience in the education field, including management or leadership experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
- They must attain demonstrated administrative experience, including developing and managing budgets, administration of policies and procedures and management of human resources.
