Job descriptions
- Candidates have to ensure mechanical requirements are met for car repair spotting and inspection to maximize track availability.
- Candidates will ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly communicated to the next assistant trainmaster on shift.
- Candidates will crew in transportation to and from trains, away from home terminal hotels and for over the road requirements.
- Candidates will troubleshoot and implement action plans and standard process to address daily problems and concerns.

Job requirement
- Candidates must passed a High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma.
- They must have previous railway experience as a conductor or engineer supervisory experience is preferred.
