Job Description
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.

Job requirement
- Candidates must attain the ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs to be eligible for this post.
- They must have competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
- They must attain proficient computer knowledge along with a high school diploma, or GED is preferred but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Retail Management experience.
